The beer is transported in an Arlington tank which contains a sterile single use bag practically eliminating DO2 pick up and beer strike from UV.
We can test Ph, Co2 , colour, turbidity, DO2 and alcohol using HMRC reference method.
We use a calibrated digital flow meter to measure volume on receipt. Beer is chilled to 0 degrees and held for 3 to 5 days.
We have a sympathetic filtration regime starting at 5 micron, down to sterile filtration at 0.45 micron.
Variable carbonation is available with the standard being 4.5 grams per litre.
FILLING AND PACKING
We have 330ml, 500ml and 500ml tall bottles available.
330ml bottles are in trays of 12 or 24
500ml bottles in trays of 8 or 12.
“We really struggled to find a packaging partner with the high standards we sought. Having had a bad experience at two other companies we were reluctant to go down the contractor route for a third time. After visiting the Morrow Brothers plant and meeing the team of people our fears were allayed. The beer they packaged for us not only tastes fantasic in pack but they provided us with 100% of it back therefore saving us a significant amount.”

“I have now used Morrow Brothers packaging multiple times across several different styles of beer. The average loss across these runs is 0.2% which I didn’t think was possible. I had factored in a 7% loss on my bottling runs so was delighted to effectively have saved money!”
