ARLINGTON TANK
The beer is transported in an Arlington tank which contains a sterile single use bag practically eliminating DO2 pick up and beer strike from UV.
LABORATORY TESTING
We can test Ph, Co2 , colour, turbidity, DO2 and alcohol using HMRC reference method.
CONDITIONING TANK
We use a calibrated digital flow meter to measure volume on receipt. Beer is chilled to 0 degrees and held for 3 to 5 days.
FILTRATION
We have a sympathetic filtration regime starting at 5 micron, down to sterile filtration at 0.45 micron.
CARBONATION
Variable carbonation is available with the standard being 4.5 grams per litre.
FILLING AND PACKING
We have 330ml, 500ml and 500ml tall bottles available.330ml bottles are in trays of 12 or 24
500ml bottles in trays of 8 or 12.
